Appointment Cancellation Policy
Guests must provide a credit card number to reserve an appointment with Paris Parker®. A gift card will then be issued to you for the amount of the service. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, and we kindly ask that provide 24 hours notice for any change to a single service and 72 hours notice for any change to multiple services, spa packages and group and bridal services. If for any reason you do not show or cancel within the hour of your appointment, we reserve the right to apply the gift card on file for payment of the service appointment.

For massage appointments, please call guest services to book your appointment at 888.990.2468. Guests of Paris Parker® Spa must be 18 years of age or older. Guests between the ages of 14 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please let your guest services representative know if you are pregnant, have any special medical conditions or are under doctor's care.

Spa services vary by location, please confirm availability by calling guest services at 888.990.2468. Massage and Body Treatments are offered at our Hammond, Jefferson and Mandeville locations only.

Please mention this package when booking your Spa Series appointments to ensure you receive the special Series pricing. If purchasing a Spa Series Package online as a gift, please have the recipient mention this package when booking their Spa Series appointments.
