Location: Paris Parker Salon & Spa, 4900 Hwy 22, Mandeville, LA 70471; Paris Parker Salon & Spa, 8349 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA 70809; and Paris Parker Salon & Spa in the Lakeside Shopping Center, 3301 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, LA 70002

Duties:

• Attend all training classes prescribed by Team Leader or Education Coordinator.
• Provides all nail services for clients (ex. manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements) as outlined in Aveda’s guidelines.
• Consults with clients to suggest appropriate methods to care for nails.
• Promotes retail sales to clients.
• May do make-up touch ups or hand facials when not booked.
• Sorts through and stocks inventory.
• Set a positive example for all new Nail Technicians and other team members. Act in the role of mentor for new staff members when needed.
• Must maintain current clientele while continuing to build.
• Contribute to the growth and artistic standards of the educational team.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Completion of the training classes. Attendance is mandatory for all prescribed classes set by the Team Leader or Educational Instructor. A current Louisiana Cosmetology License.
